SUPER EAGLES WATCH: IWOBI ENDS GOALS DROUGHT, MOSES IMPRESSES IN CHELSEA WIN

Alex Iwobi ended a 21-match goals drought, as Arsenal thrashed Burnley 5-0 in the Premier League.

Prior to Sunday’s game, the Nigerian international had not scored for the Gunners since January 20, against Crystal Palace.

Iwobi scored in style, as Arsene Wenger took charge of his last game at the Emirates Stadium, controlling Pierre Aubameyang’s cutback before firing into the roof of the net.

The 22-year-old expressed his excitement over game on, writing on Twitter: “​This Was More Than A Match! Really Pleased We Gave You The Send Off You Deserve. Thank You Boss ❤️#MerciArsene.”

At the Stamford Bridge, Victor Moses was one of the top performers in Chelsea’s 1-0 win over Liverpool.

The wingback grabbed his third Premier League assist of the season when his delightful cross found Olivier Giroud, who nodded home to hand The Blues all three points and keep alive their hopes of a top-four finish•
