Chelsea defender Ola Aina completes move to Torino

Nigeria international Ola Aina has joined Seriè A club Torino on a one-year loan deal from English Premier League side Chelsea.

The 21-year-old

had a medical at the Italian club on Monday, before penning a contract that includes anoption to buy the defender permanently next summer.
Born in London on October 8, 1996, Aina spent his formative football years at Chelsea, where he won an U21 Premier League and two Uefa Youth League titles.

On October 15, 2016, he made his debut in the Blues first team, with which he won the Premier League at the end of the season.

The following year, the defender was loaned to English Championship club Hull City, where he made 44 appearances.

The full-back featured for England at youth level but switched his international allegiance to Nigeria in 2017, earning his first Super Eagles cap on October 7, 2017.
