Bobby Clement has made a sensational move back to Enugu Rangers after seeing out his contract at Kuwaiti side Al-Arabi Sporting Club.
The striker signed a one-year deal with Al-Arabi from Rangers in September 2017, but has returned to Nigeria after his contract at the Kuwaiti club expired.
Bobby, who — in 2016 — helped the Flying Antelopes claim their first Nigeria league title in 32 years, has signed for the Enugu-based team.
Gbenga Ogunbote’s side have also reportedly wrapped up a deal for Nigeria international Michael Uchebo, another former Rangers player.
The club, according to sources, are in advanced negotiations over the transfers of FC Ifeanyi Ubah trio Pascal Seka, Tony Msonter and Traore Issif, as well as Heartland duo Zeidine Ahimeye and Japheth Opubo.
Rangers will represent Nigeria in next season’s CAF Confederation Cup, having claimed the Aiteo Cup last month.
