Victor Osimhen came off the bench to score his seventh goal of the season, helping Sporting Charleroi secure a 4-2 win at Lokeren, in a Belgium Jupiler Pro League, matchday 16 fixture on Sunday.
The 19 year-old forward got on the scoresheet on the 81 minutes after replacing Malian striker Adama Niane.
The on-loan Wolfsburg striker controlled a pass from Madagascar midfielder Marco Ilhaimaharitra, before driving in a fierce left-footed shot to put Felice Massu side 3-1 up.
Lokeren drew the first blood in the 16th minute through Guus Hupperts, but Ali Gholizadeh equalized three minutes later to put the visitors on level terms at the break.
Peruvian winger Cristian Benavente increased Charleroi’s lead 12 minutes into the second period, before Osimhen ended his three-match goal drought with a brilliant strike 23 minutes later.

Bambo Diaby nodded past Nicolas Penneteau to reduce the deficit with two minutes remaining, but Substitute Jeremy Perbet’s header in injury time confirmed the Zebras‘ second victory of the season on the road.
Osimhen has notched seven goals in 12 appearances for Sporting Charleroi this season, including six in Jupiler Pro League and one in the Belgium Cup.
