The Nigerian scored the opening goal and the winner, taking his league tally to seven for the season.
Luzern got the perfect start, with Eleke scoring after just two minutes when he outran Arlind Ajeti to slot home from close range.
The advantage was brief though, as Nedim Bajrami equalized on the 11th minute.
Serbian defender Lazar Cirkovic restored Die Leuchten’s lead off Pascal Shürpf’s pass seven minutes later.
Simon Grether then lost Belgian midfielder Julien Ngoy, who found the back of the net to level things up once again.
With 11 minutes left, it looked like Luzern were going to make do with a point, only for Schürpf to find Eleke with a cross, and the 22-year-old slotted home to earn his side all three points — and lift René Weiler’s team into sixth position.
