Beşiktaş and Trabzonspor settled for a 2-2 draw in the Süper Lïg on Sunday, with Nigeria internationals Anthony Nwakaeme and Ogenyi Onazi both on target.
However, only Nwakaeme’s goal pleased the Trabzonspor faithful, as Onazi — who scored last week — deflected a cross into his own net.
Hugo Rodallega gave the away team the lead just before the break, rounding Loris Karius before tapping into an empty net. Nwakaeme made it 2-0 two minutes into the second half with his third league goal of the campaign.
Receiving a shot pass from Onazi, the striker took a touch before unleashing an unstoppable shot past Loris Karius in the Besiktas goal from the edge of the box.
An unfortunate own goal by Onazi ten minutes later halved the lead.
Mustafa Pektemek then scored with a close-range header in the sixth minute of added time to snatch a point for the hosts•
